The Monaghan Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (MSPCA) has been serving the Monaghan area since 1996. We are a non-profit rescue shelter dedicated to saving unwanted, abandoned and abused dogs. We provide rescue, medical care, rehabilitation, and adoption services.
